Terms of Service

1. Who we are
PastorForge (“PastorForge,” “we,” “us”) is a product of Gilpin Ventures. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
PastorForge helps pastors generate sermon and ministry content using AI. Generated content is a starting point for your own review and editing — you are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving anything you preach, publish, or distribute. We do not guarantee the theological accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated content for your context.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Subscriptions, trials & billing
PastorForge is offered on a subscription basis at the price shown at checkout ($147/month at the time of writing), billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Paid plans include a monthly usage allowance shown at checkout. New subscriptions may include a free trial; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged for the first billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account's billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Refunds
Because a free trial is provided so you can evaluate the service before being charged, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll work with you in good faith.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt or bypass usage limits or security, reselling generated content as an AI-generation service, or using the service for unlawful purposes.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and, as between you and us, of the sermon content you generate and edit for your own ministry use. You grant us the limited right to process your inputs and outputs to provide and improve the service.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gilpin Ventures is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, by notice in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
